Return policy

Products offered on www.mobility-vida.com are subject to a right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in perfect condition. Vehicles must have a zero odometer (as delivered); otherwise, the return will not be accepted. If accessories, cables, etc., are included and are not returned, or if the item is not returned in its original packaging, the product may be subject to a depreciation charge.

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Return shipping costs will always be borne by the CONTRACTING PARTY. The estimated cost for shipping and return is €200 + €200 respectively. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and after verifying its condition, the refund will be processed, in accordance with the terms established in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, using the payment method used by the customer, except for cash payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer.

Not eligible for return under warranty:

- For hygienic reasons, bathroom items, hygiene products, pillows, incontinence pajamas, eating aids, cushions and other anti-decubitus products and breast prostheses cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging or their seal has been opened, if applicable.
- If the product, once delivered, suffers deterioration caused by external events, accidents or failure to comply with the instructions for use.
- If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or configuration of the accessories by the customer.
- If a breakdown occurs caused by a component not supplied by us.
- If it is a custom-made or personalized product.
- If the product is not in perfect condition
- If the packaging has not been protected in such a way that we receive it in perfect condition.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). We recommend contacting us by email for assistance with the process.

You may use the withdrawal form template that you received with your purchase invoice, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option of completing and submitting the withdrawal form template or any other unequivocal statement electronically to our email address info@muevete-live.es. If you choose this option, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal via the same email address.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.

How to proceed

To process a return, you must first contact us by email at info@muevete-live.es. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Prepare the return using suitable packaging that protects the product(s) to be returned (box, bag, etc.)

We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after verifying its condition, the refund will be processed in accordance with the terms established in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, according to the payment method used by the customer, except for cash payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer.
