Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting our Mobility-Vida purchasing policy. Below are the terms and conditions regarding our company's delivery procedures. Shipping services are carried out by our own fleet.

Delivery Time

All orders delivered within the EU are processed within 5 to 12 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders may be delivered on weekends but not on public holidays.

Shipping costs

All deliveries within the European Union include no additional shipping costs beyond those already stipulated for each region. Orders delivered to European countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom may incur additional costs.

Mobility-Vida may charge additional shipping fees for all orders delivered to remote areas, such as islands. This cost covers the transportation of delivery trucks. To minimize this cost for customers, Mobility-Vida may deliver the vehicle to the nearest port.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified by email with a unique tracking link. You will also be notified by email whenever the order status changes. If you haven't received any emails from us, you may have provided an incorrect email address when placing your order. In this case, please contact us so we can correct the issue.

Information about international shipping policy

We offer shipping to all European countries.

We do not deliver to countries in the USA, Canada, Africa, Asia or Australia.

Customs duties, tariffs and taxes

Mobility-Vida is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or lost items

In accordance with our company's shipping policy, you are responsible for verifying the condition of your order upon delivery before accepting it. If the order is incomplete in any way at the time of delivery, you are responsible for filing a claim with the delivery driver. Any items lost or damaged after acceptance by the customer that are not covered under warranty will not be provided free of charge.
