We offer a **24-month warranty**. In addition, we supply replacement parts after the warranty period so you won't be without service.

Our scooters need to be charged for **4 to 8 hours**. Electricity consumption is very low, around €1 for every 200 km traveled.
How many kilometers can I travel with the batteries fully charged?
Veleco scooters can travel between 50 and 60 kilometers with the batteries at 100%, although the range may vary if driving on constant slopes.
Can I use my scooter in the rain?
Yes, you can use the scooter in the rain. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours to protect the electronic components.
What is the estimated delivery time?

All scooters can climb gentle and moderate inclines. For very steep inclines, you'll need a 1000W motor or similar.
Is the battery indicator always red?
Please note that the battery indicator on the screen displays one red and three white stripes when the battery is fully charged (100%). The red stripe is part of the design and does not change color.
How can I take my scooter on the plane?
You can use your scooter until you reach check-in, where it will be treated as checked baggage. The airport will provide a wheelchair to take you to the plane.
Does it need maintenance?
Our scooters require minimal maintenance. It's limited to simple tasks like checking tire pressure and keeping the scooter clean.
